Very bad experience up to now.
I created an account 2 weeks ago and played a little. The next day I could not login any more.
I mailed to support several times and called them. They say my account is ok and that they have forwarded the problem to technical support.
And I have not heard a word from technical support.
Now they have my money and I cannot log in any more to get my money.
I suspect them to have it stolen. |

Don't worry I'll get onto them about this - they won't have stolen your money so blatantly. Your query is probably just lost in tech support - what is your username with them?

In the meantime after sending more mails and getting a little harsh (maybe rude for an american person) they informed a manager and we could solve the problem.
However the service was poor (2 weeks!!) and I finished my wagering and cashed out. Will not play there any more. |

Busted out playing 5 euros a hand with 15 hands left playing perfect BJ. Bugger. Lost 12 hands in a row. Shit happens.
Would recommend a very small stake on this one e.g. 1 euro. |
