Bovada Poker - recently sent us this email (29/11/2011) "The UIEGA bill has not affected us in any way, we do not expect it to as we have upcoming ecomm options for our US players. We still do, and will continue to, accept US players at Bovada".
Bovada (formerly known as Bodog) is the only major poker room now accepting US players. They reached a settlement several years ago with the DOJ which is why they have been unaffected by the 'Black Friday' events.
